What is expedited delivery service?

If the need arises, we can retrieve and deliver a needed document, file, or box of records from our storage facility to your local office within one hour.

What does 1/2 day service mean?

It’s simple! Our normal business records pickup/delivery service is 1/2 day… From 1 document or file to multiple boxes of records, on any regular business day, simply contact us in the morning by 11 AM and your records will be retrieved from storage and dispatched to your office in the afternoon before 5 PM; or contact us in the afternoon by 4 PM for service the next business morning. GUARANTEED!

Is your facility secure?

Yes, ours is the only facility in eastern Oklahoma specifically built for our industry from the ground up. Video monitored premises with security fencing, code-entry gating and identity entry to the building form the basis of our security system. Next is our state-of-the art system for motion, heat, smoke, and access.

Okay, you have good security systems, but when are they monitored?

All day and night, every day and night.

We have boxes all over town: in mini-storages, our office, and in our basement. How can you help us?

Simple–our fleet and crew can handle clients with a few boxes or tens of thousands. We have, and do, coordinate moves from across town or across the nation.

We need to relocate our headquarters. Can you help?

Yes! We pick up your files and boxes for storage prior to your main move. So you save by moving the boxes and files only once and by having them out of the way. There is less congestion for your moving company and your confidential information is better protected in our secure facility. Because, while our employees have been fully vetted through strict criminal background checks – something few moving companies can guarantee.  In addition, your files will remain accessible throughout your moving process.

We need storage in areas besides Tulsa. Is that possible?

Certainly, through our network of colleagues and associates, we can service most major cities in the United States and several foreign countries.

How much do your services cost?

Less than you think, A LOT LESS. Because we offer discounts based on volume our pricing extremely cost effective. And becomes even more attractive as the number of boxes grows or need of different services increase. Price quotes are free; so call and allow us to demonstrate how affordable our superior service can be.

Why should my company out-source our record storage?

For several reasons, here are just a few:

1. Because you can utilize the space previously reserved for storage as an additional office or conference room, or rent the space to someone and turn the expense into income.

10 - How often and when do you bill?

We aim to please our customers, always. Billing is done on the first of each month. But depending on services we offer monthly, quarterly, or even annual billing.
